It would be useful if you could articulate moral, legal, ethical and national interests parameters that could be used to guide our actions in Libya, and in other situations that arise. On a side note, I am perplexed by the situation in Libya being described by some officials in the administration as a kinetic military action. This may ease the conscience of some, but it really doesn’t describe what is transpiring
